Cantina is creating a new model for designing, developing and operating coliving communities targeting Baby Boomers who are looking to downsize from their larger homes but reject the traditional retirement community or standard apartment complex model. We believe some recent innovations in housing design and community management present an opportunity to reimagine the model for living communities so they’re age-diverse, financially attainable, urban adjacent, and intentionally communal. The Cantina platform would play the role of establishing coliving communities to remove the many barriers and prolonged timeline involved in self organizing.
