Kathy was a forming member of Quayside Village Cohousing in North Vancouver, the first urban cohousing project in Canada, where she has lived for the past 21 years. She works full-time as a facilitator and project management team member with Cohousing Development Consulting supporting groups to establish cohousing communities in the Vancouver area. Kathy is also a member of Source Facilitation Collective who work with cohousing groups on enhancing their group processes.
