Jerry Koch-Gonzalez co-founded Sociocracy For All, an international movement-service organization that provides resources, training, and networking focused on non-oppressive egalitarian decision-making and governance. He co-authored the sociocracy handbook Many Voices One Song: Shared Power With Sociocracy. Jerry is also a certified trainer in Compassionate Communication (NVC) and a founding resident of the Pioneer Valley Cohousing Community in Massachusetts where he lives with his partner and co-conspirator, Ted Rau.
