Heidi M. Berggren, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Political Science and Chair of Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. Her current research focuses on the cohousing movement, with an emphasis on its connections to civic and political engagement. She has published cohousing research in social science journals, such as SOCIAL SCIENCE QUARTERLY and the NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF POLITICAL SCIENCE.
