Co-Founder and CEO of Rancho La Salud Farm and Village, a USDA Certified Organic Farm and Sustainable Cohousing Development at Ajijic Lake Chapala in western Mexico. Born and raised in Guadalajara he has university degrees from Mexico and the United States in engineering, management, family business, organic agriculture, permaculture and food production. In the year 2010, Jaime was introduced to Cohousing by a Green Architect who lived in Harmony Village, a Cohousing Community in Golden, Colorado. Since then, Jaime with his wife Sara have been developing Mexico´s first Cohousing Community.
