Have you had the fight about outdoor cats? Living together means we inevitably disagree. In this experiential workshop we use Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to practice listening from the heart so we stay present and engaged. We’ll also review other practices that can strengthen the emotional capacity of communities we love!
