This session will be for anyone that is interested in having a range diverse of income levels in their cohousing community. Attendees will learn about the importance of partnerships, home-ownership and rental subsidy programs, land trust models, approaches to making HOAs more affordable and making a percentage of units in our communities permanently affordable.
