This workshop will focus on facilitating those meeting moments when good technique and an understanding of group dynamics can make the largest difference in the outcome. We will highlight where the heavy lifting is done, how to handle those moments well, and why certain approaches work better than others. Note: This is a beyond-the-basics facilitation skills intensive that assumes general knowledge of the role of facilitator.
